| How do I check my server usage? | |
| · | Log in to your cpanel (http://yourdomain.com/cpanel/). Look on the left hand of your screen under Usage. It lists your space used, bandwidth used and your space available. |

| How do I publish my web site? | |
| · | You can publish your site using an FTP software to upload your HTML pages. The files should be uploaded to a directory called public_html. The filename of your home page should be index.htm, index.html,index.shtml,index.php etc. The webserver will automatically send the file at path /home/username/public_html/index.html when a browser specifies http://www.yourdomain.com where yourdomain.com is the domain name that you have registered. When your account is set up, there will be an index.html page already installed. This just tells anyone accessing your domain that your site is under construction and will be available soon. You will replace this file in the public_html directory with one of your own creation or if using a different extension, delete this file. |

| How do I retrieve my web site statistics? | |
| · | You are provided with monthly web site statistics which you can retrieve from your control panel. To retrieve your web site statistics, simply login to your account control panel and click on "Web/FTP stats". Access to raw logs is also provided. Raw logs are very important if you want to run the logs through your own web site statistics software program. To access your raw logs, simply login to your account control panel and click on "Access Raw Logs". Your browser will automatically download the file into your hard disk. Unzip the file using softwares such as Winzip (for Windows) and Stuffit Expander (for Mac) and you will be able to use those files for your reference. You may want to set-up a script to automatically save your raw log files for you. Raw log files are rotated and removed every night at midnight. Since reboots are often sudden, if maintaining accurate logs is important you will want to set up such a script. |
